Sea moss and Ginger, the Anti Inflammatory Tea!

🍵 Sea moss ginger tea is a delicious and powerful healing drink for your body. 


Ginger has anti-inflammatory properties making it a great remedy for sore muscles and joints. It's also great for stomach bloat after a feast and helps to improve digestion and the absorption of the phytonutrients of food. There are also studies that show ginger can prevent or slow down kidney failure. 


Sea moss is a major source of potassium chloride which aids in the breakdown and removal of phlegm (mucus) and inflammation from the body. It has antiviral and antibacterial properties which it makes it great for preventing or dealing with cold, flu and infections. It's got a ton of minerals which make it an immunity builder in the body. It also helps with elimination and keeping you regular. 


This is a simple and super powerful tea that you can make at home with 5 ingredients. 

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 cups water
  • 3 slices of peeled raw Ginger
  • 1 tablespoons sea moss gel
  • 2-3 teaspoons agave or honey (or More to taste)
  • 1/2 a lemon

DIRECTIONS:

  • Add ginger and water in saucepan and boil for 10-15 min,
  • Pour liquid into a tea cup and then add semoss gel and stir until the gel dissolves.
  • Add agave or honey
  • Add lemon juice
  • Enjoy!

  • I’m taking sea moss gel can I syy tú I’ll drink my chia seeds in water and can I still take my ginger shots ? Is it safe ? For me to do that ?
