Products
All product sales are final. Due to the nature of our herbal goods and apothecary items, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on any products. 

Services
For services (such as consultations, tongue assessments, or workshops), we offer store credit if the appointment is canceled at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are not eligible for credit.
