A collection of dried plant flowers, seeds, and bark to make your own herbal formulations such as tea blends; infused oils, honeys, and syrups; tinctures; soaps, and more. We carry over 100 Western herbs sourced from eco-friendly and sustainable farms to support whole-body health.

Not sure how to brew loose tea? In general, loose teas such as flowers and leaves are prepared as hot infusions and are steeped in boiled water for 8 to 10 min. Roots, barks, and seeds are prepared as decoctions, or simmered in water for 15 to 20 minutes.

A general ratio for Western herb teas is 1 teaspoon of dry herbs per 1 cup water.
