Peony, paeonia lactiflora, is used for abdominal pain, for irregular periods, and to move blood. Peony builds the blood and can ease hot flashes or night sweats. It can also relieve abdominal cramps.
Suggested Use: Take 10 drops to 1 full dropper (1mL) up to 4 times daily as needed. Drop directly under the tongue or place in 1/4 cup of water and drink.
