Guggul, Commiphora mukul, may lower cholesterol and triglycerides. It inhibits platelet aggregation and can help prevent arterial plaque. It slightly stimulates the thyroid and may be helpful for weight loss.
Suggested Use: Take 1-3 full droppers (1-3mL) up to 4 times daily as needed. Drop directly under the tongue or place in 1/4 cup of water and drink.
Warning: It should not be used in persons who bleed easily, take blood thinning medication, or during pregnancy.
