Our respiratory health tea is formulated to help you breathe easier and deeper. This blend can soothe inflamed lungs, sore throats, and swollen sinus cavities. Rounding out the blend are immune support herbs containing lots of vitamin C and gut support plants. This powerful mix includes elderberry, hyssop herb, mullein leaf, wild cherry bark, goldenrod root, chaparral, marshmallow root, rosemary, thyme, slippery elm, astragalus root, eucalyptus leaf, elecampane root, peppermint leaf, and ginger root.
Directions: Add 2 tsp to a tea infuser. Pour 1 cup of boiling water over an infuser. Let steep for 10-15 minutes in a covered cup. Consume 3 times daily.
