Stinging Nettle Leaf, Urtica dioica, is a nourishing herb full of vitamins and minerals including vitamin A, C, K, and B; minerals such as calcium, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium; all essential amino acids; and healthy fats. Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement, take 2 - 5 ml (2-5 full droppers) up to three times a day. You may place the drops in 1oz of water and drink, or drop directly on the tongue. Shake well before each use. Safe for long-term use.
