Wormwood, Artemisia absinthium, is a powerful antiparasitic herb, used for expelling tapeworms and other internal worms and parasites. It is also used to stimulate digestion and appetite.
A very strong and potentially toxic herb, wormwood should not be used by pregnant women, nursing mothers, or weak persons. It should be used only for short periods of time and preferably as part of a formula. Take for no longer than 4-5 weeks at a time.
This can be taken as an infusion or tincture.
